hope someone may be able to help I've had some issues with my ford fiesta 1.6 tdci most of them I have sorted but only one issue remains at around only happens in 5th gear at 50mph and above it feels like it misses a beat / jerks. anyone came across this and what was the out come

What speed are you doing in 5th

only dose it in 5th from 50mph up wards also had full service was doing it before the service. its been in ford on fordscan can not find the fault

Fordscan was the next thing I was going to say.

If it was mine I would check the egr to see if its gummed up obviously after checking the 3 filters

Does it jolt or lack exelerating power at 50 mph

jolt only when in 5th gear egr is clean

Check crank sensor PID using FORScan, but it should also do it when revving, not just vehicle speed or gear selected

Had a good think and intermittent injector or contaminated fuel

If its a regular ocurance then injector

thanks for that Danny Had all 4 new injectors and glow plugs. some people say crank sensor ?
