There is a problem with my 2018 Fiesta Titanium's microphone, it doesnt allow me to use the sync commands or other people on the phone to hear me. i have bought a new Mic off ford but need help on how to fit this / where it is located

    I have got the very same problem on my focus titanium. To get around this I have installed the Alexa auto. Works good for the music but good for music and that's all. Any ideas on the  part number for a 15 plate focus titanium, and cost? sorry don't mean to hijack your post.

    I bought the mic off ford for £24, will more than likely be the same part number as i have in the video
