Hi all.

 

I have a 2017 Ford Fiesta.  
The sync button is not working.  The phone connects properly but when I press the button, even just to see menus, I get nothing.

 

I have pounded and reseated the fuse, and done all the stuff regarding connections to the phone etc. Still nothing.

 

I was told that dust can get into it and I should clean it, but I have no idea how to do that.

 

 Please help.
