2020 Fiesta Mk8 LED Headlights

Featured Replies

Can anybody please confirm wether or not the 2020 LED headlights are a completely sealed unit on the MK8 1.0 eco petrol manual,

if that is the case how are you supposed to replace a bulb other than a complete £350 unit ?

So, you've abandoned your last post then? 🤣

Correct.

You just fit a new headlight. They are after all very cheap compared to the £1400 adaptive LED headlight. New clever things come with new clever prices 😉

Or, £3000+ if you own an Audi Q7 😂

Hello Unofix, thanks very much for clarifying, a simple question asked & a simple answer given. I was just wondering if a simple bulb swap, one with a brighter & longer projection was available. Now I can forget it & close my wallet.

Thanks again.   Mickdowy

I'm sure in some countries on the continent, it is a legal requirement to carry a spare bulb kit in your car. What happens if you have LED headlights, do you have to carry a large headlight unit in case the LEDs fail?

Of course, you'd need to carry 2 to compensate for a driver or passenger side failure 😂
