Hey there, so yesterday I left my car Infront of the house and well somebody came in with the car and destroyed the driver side sidemirror. It is what it is lol, contacted the insurance and they cant do nothing because I cant provide them proof.

Was looking on the internet and local junkyards and found a sidemirror shown in the pictures below. My car has automated foldable sidemirrors but I honestly don't care much about the feature anymore because the car is having an electrical issue (avg ford stuff). The guy at the place where I found the sidemirror from told me that this mirror is not foldable and it has 6 wires connected to it with 12 holes,

my question is that if I don't want the foldable feature on the mirror then there shouldn't be an issue because I can connect it in the same place where my 8 wire 12 hole pin goes on the car and two pins will be free??

Haven't opened up the car yet because you have to open the whole door to look at the wire and ill do it on Sunday I think but I don't think there should be a problem.

yeah so it works if anybody ends up reading this forum
