Are 1.4 TDCI KVJA and F6JA engines the same bare block/head?

Hi, new to the forum and just wanting some information.

I need to know if the two previously stated engine codes have the same head and block as one another.

I have bought a 2010 fiesta with the engine code KVJA that has severely overheated. Now the engines with this code seem to be pretty rare and cost a fortune to buy, even second hand.

The F6JA engines are a hell of a lot cheaper to buy. So if these are the same head and block as one another, I will remove the engine and swap all of the ancillaries from my engine to the new F6JA engine.

Any help is much appreciated!
