Battery cable sensor 7154-0427-30. Yellow/violet wire is part of the battery harness.

could this or the bms sensor cause the electric windows start stop and hill assist to not work?

The sensors will not stop the electric windows working. A low battery State Of Charge will stop them and also disable Hill Assist.

Stop/Start is something not worth even talking about.

Use a multimeter and measure the battery terminal voltage approximately 1 hour after parking. It is probably below 70% and therefore needs charged.
