Can't seem to turn the bluetooth on and connect to head unit to make and receive calls fester mk7 2010

Is your car fitted with Bluetooth ?

It was still an option on some Fiesta models back in 2010

It has the module under the glovebox so I'm guessing so

If you've got the Titanium presumably it has the Sony DAB unit which had bluetooth. My 2010 Titanium certainly had it.

I know nothing about mobiles, but I've seen mention that some newer phones may not pair successfully with the car.

Could be faulty module. I know guy at work had to take a fuse out to reset it and it worked after. I had 2011 fiesta with sony, never had a problem.

Try the Android AVRC rollback thing. Bluetooth profiles were updated in Android 11 and fckd things up a bit
