First question has the vehicle ever been in a crash ?

Yes mate, and repaired

Repaired recently and now have the faults immediately after repair? Rcm been replaced with a second hand one? If the same one , has the crash data been reset?

No I don't think so, I brought it this way repaired.

I was on forscan and I'm not 100 percent sure but I think I turned on a seat setting when trying to turn heated wheel seats on and then it come on I reset all the asbuilt and settings on forscan and still same or it's a complete different reason I'm not aware of and then come up on it's own.

Driver seat belt is extremely saggy but when pulled sharp keeps you in place locks
