No power to my stereo in my 2010 ford fiesta

Ever since i bought this car I've had no power to the stereo. I've tested all sound system related fuses in the passenger fuse box and they all are fine. I've even tried replacing the head unit stereo with a new one and had no luck. I feel like i'm out of options. Any help?

    Next step is a multimeter and wiring diagram.  

    Assuming there is power to the fuse, next step it testing the wire from the fuse holder to the plug.  (If that's broken, it's probably a BCM fault).  Then test from the BCM plug to the stereo plug.  There's nothing particularly smart about power wiring, it's just about making sure there's a connection all the way through.
