Ford Fiesta ST Mk8 - New alloy bought but can't program sens

So I bought a new 18 inch ST alloy for my 2019 Fiesta after the original cracked.

After delays, it finally arrived. But the garage I used to swap the tyres out say the old valve and sensor is stuck and will need replacing with a new one.

But now no one (apart from Ford) can program the new sensor apparently. Any tips or suggestions for getting this sorted as I need the car.

I'm UK based - Warwickshire.

    You can programme it yourself with a cheap tool from Amazon (£9.22), TPMS 'EL0449 . I've done mine, very easy. Read the following thread for how to put the car in learning mode:
