Hi you lovely Lot!

Having just come back from the garage After diagnostics being done, (I thought I'd got a parasitic drain from somewhere .. all come back green̈) they've suggested that I should do more longer journeys to prevent the battery from draining as  I do lots of mileage but only short distances as I work for Dominos, I thought I'd get your opinions on this, does this sound right??
