When I first bought my Ecosport 2 years ago, the Ford Pass app would give me info about servicing history. It never ‘connected’ to my car to do that. Some time later time - maybe a year- I could not get that info anymore. I took my motor into a Ford main dealer to have a recent service and asked them how to find my service history and they said - use the Ford Pass app. I said it did not work on my car and the service guy said to delete the app from my iphone and re-install it, which I did. He then witnessed me attempting to use it actually while at my car, with the engine running as directed, but the app would not connect. He then said maybe I should try another phone which I don’t have, but surely this should work on an iphone 14?

Why ?

Because the app is listed on the app store and downloads and opens up the splash screen with the reg no of my car.

Is it the most up to date version of the app? The latest one is is attached as a picture to this post the old FordPass (blue icon) is now obsolete, Ford do have a history of removing lots of functionality to the app, when we first got our Puma the app was packed with features and at the end the most we could do was lock and unlock and flash the lights. 

Also I have just checked mine and the service history is no longer showing so may either be a glitch with the app or another thing they have removed lol

I still have service history on the new version of the app. Spanner icon at the bottom of the screen, scroll down and there is a section Service schedule which includes the Service History.

I did notice that the app now says my Washer fluid is good, which is amazing because I know that there is no washer fluid level sensor on my car. 🙄 

This is the app I downloaded, full of promises but I do not get a spanner symbol. 
 

Oh and BTW, I am running IOS 26.

Ok. I have the same app version v6.0.0 downloaded yesterday. I'm running IOS 18.6.2 so that is different to you.

Just a thought, is the modem enabled in your car. Its in the settings somewhere, in mine it is in:

ENABLING AND DISABLING THE
MODEM
1. Press Settings.
2. Press FordPass Connect.
3. Press Connectivity settings.
4. Switch connectivity features on or off.

Just checked my Ranger at 4:00PM today and the Ford app is working normally with all the usual information including it's service history.
