Fiesta Mk7 Front Ford Badge removal ?

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone,

Son has just purchased a Mk7 Zetec S, both Ford Badges are pretty faded...

Managed to get the rear one off easily with a trim tool and have replaced..

Are the Front ones just stuck on also > Bit reluctant to get too heavy handed with it in case its secured from behind somehow.

Thanks for any advice / guidance on this.

Cheers Drew

Just use:- Thin fishing line, fine garden strimmer line, thin cord, you get the general idea. Use it like a cheese wire and cut through the sticky foam backing with a sawing motion.

PS: Use the FIESTA forum not the GUIDES forum.

Thanks @unofix - apologies for posting in wrong section...

Managed to get it off in the end, two of the plastic posts didn't want to let go, ended up drilling through the front of the old badge carefully to remove it in the end.. all sorted.
