Hi All,

I hope you are all doing well. I am writing to inquire about the process of applying for a vehicle dating certificate for my 1979 Ford Thunderbird. There is a unique situation with my vehicle where the VIN number on the dashboard has been relocated to the engine bay due to a custom leather interior that spans the entire dashboard.

Could anyone please provide me with the necessary steps and requirements for obtaining the certificate under these circumstances? Any guidance or additional documentation needed to accommodate this modification would be greatly appreciated.
