Titanium x Estate Boot

Featured Replies

I have a titanium x Estate. When I close the Boot it slams shut. Is there any adjustment.

The stops and trim are intact but it goes down with a large bang. Can't be normal

Replace the boot struts.

The gas struts will have lost pressure over time. This is due to age and the Nitrogen gas slowly escaping. This is a well know problem on any vehicle, but especially on the Focus MK3 Estate.

Thanks for the reply, that can be the only reason it slams shut. Never crossed my mind. Thanks again.

Word of warning, don't let Copilot tell you what struts you need for your car.

This company is likely a lot better than Co-pilot?:
