2006 S MAX adaptive / electronic adjustable suspension

Featured Replies

Can someone magically make the part drawing for this appear? I cant find it anywhere
I need the part numbers.

My suspension strut support mount ( I think is the english name ) is more then ready to be renewed.

And in many carpart sites on many of the strut support mounts are marked with "for vehicles without electronic suspension", so seems there are some differences.

Thank you :)

There only seems to be one type of top mount listed on parts catalogues.

I've been here. But as it turns out, there are no specific drawing on the eletronic suspension.
And the part I need, (that might be the one you have linked to, but not sure),

Maybe the strut support mount is the same, but the bearing underneath (that you change at the same time) varies. Dont know. But need some help.

that is what I kind find also. But then its strange some of them says do not fit electronic dampers.
Also need help on what kind of bearing I need, there it seems to be two types. ordinary and sport. electronic version not mentioned.

The separate bearing for non-sport only seems to be available for one year.

I think they must have changed to just one bearing type for all models. There is a warning that for pre-2009 cars, the bearings must be changed on both sides at the same time. So either there was a fault with the early ones. Or they changed to a different type later on to make factory costs cheaper.

The kits appear to fit all years. One was linked above. But I will put both here so you can compare pictures. They do look the same to me.
