Can you cut the bumper for washer jets?

Need to replace my bumper but struggling to find one with the cut outs for the headlight washer. Can you cut the bumper yourself? Is there any hardware needed once cut out?

    Yes you can cut the holes in a standard bumper. They're just square holes, no additional hardware needed. The jets themselves are mounted on the car, not the bumper. You will need to remove the jet covers before removing the bumper, often people forget or don't realise and end up breaking them.
