Focus mk2… refilling transmission oil

2005 focus 1.6 ti vct, I believe it has the IB5 gear box (not looked underneath to check yet).

what’s the best way of refilling transmission oil… funnel with a long bit of hose, or one of the manual pumps you can get that fits into the gearbox oil bottle!

    I always use a 50 cm long, 12 mm OD copper pipe with a small piece (approximately 20 cm) of flexible tubing and a small funnel attached to it. I have both a straight and 90 degrees version of the copper pipe.

    This works perfectly fine for all vehicles that I ever owned and is usually much easier, cleaner, faster and being made of leftover materials it is also cheaper as other solutions that are commercially available.
