I have a 2012 focus 1.6 titanium. Non of the buttons on the music facia are working, nor is the steering wheel button working. Could the cause be blown fuses ?

    If the audio system itself is working the problem will not be caused by a blown fuse.

    The control panel of the audio system (FCIM) is basically a seperate module that communicates with the audio control module (ACM) and display FCDIM). In this case the communication between the modules seems to be missing or invalid. This can be caused by a problem in either of the mentioned modules.

    I suggest to remove the audio system fuse(s) for approximately 10 minutes to see if that fixes the issue.
