Bumper change to titanium x sport

So I have a 2010 ford smax titanium, however I want to make the front and rear end more sporty, so my question is is it possible to swap the front and rear bumper to the smax titanium x sport ? Easily or is there some better options with valances I can fit ?

    bumpers are a straight swap as long as from facelift to facelift (bonnet slam panel different)

    i think you can also get the front valance seperate that just glues on also
