12 plate Focus rear wiper will not stop always on.

    This is not a common problem.

    Maybe this is obvious, but is the rear wiper switched off on the wiper stalk? The rear wiper has 3 different settings. Off, intermittent and continuous.

    The windscreen wipers are fully controlled by the BCM. The wiper stalk is just the input to the BCM. In my opinion, the BCM is the biggest suspect. You should start checking all BCM connector for burned terminals or water ingress.
