You can get them from European Parts as well.

would the drls be able to fit the normal zetec s grill or not.

as i love the grill on my car lol. ;)

Are you still looking for the hole top to bottom? For just wire the's a small gap on each end of the top grill, but if you have plugs on the end as I did, they don't fit, and the only other space I found was down the bonnet catch!

15x the price though!

Looking good nath see you have new wheels aswell mate?

When do your drls run then all the time orr?

No they're the standard 16" Zetec-S wheels?

DRL's come on with ignition and off with dipped beam (which is the legal requirement)

I know this must've come up somewhere on the forum and you've probably answered it before.... but how did you wire em and/or what did you have to buy in addition to the drl's?

thanks buddy

Danny

Just changed mine to headlights, as drive to work at present in the dull, it's to light for full lights, and just right for DRLs, but I show nothing behind, so just swapped them tonight!

I shall ask my Dad as he installed them! All I know is it involves 2 relays on the engine fuse box.

My come on with ignition, stay on with sidelights (perfect for dusk driving) and then go off when headlights (dipped beam) come on.

Hi Mark

I've just got my DRL's up and running and I was under the impression that, as already demonstrated by your video, the legal way for the DRL's to work is, that they should come on when you start the engine and go off when you turn on the 'side lamps'?

So that the DRL's now only go off when the 'dipped headlamps' are turned on, which terminals on the lighting connector have you now connected the 'yellow' and 'white' wires to?

  • 3 weeks later...

How do you get them to fit to the grill though? Can they be fitted to a normal zetec s grill? Iv got mine and I just want them on!!

get the new new limited edition Fiesta Centura bumper http://www.fastfordmag.co.uk/?p=26531 dlr in there look sweet
