I've got a set of these bulbs, any idea if they are legal for the number plate bulbs? Just standard 501 LED's, says ok for number plates on the listing.

For a mk2 focus you need festoon bulbs.

That's what I was hoping, as they point down they shouldn't dazzle, besides we are all doing the rozzers a favour by making our plates easier to read.

It's ok, ANPR works on infra red. :P
