as the poll above says

just want some opinions on what colour interior panels would best suite a vision blue car

im only spraying the grey/silver panels

IMHO colour coding always looks best.. It's your car though so what ever you like best really lol

I'm going mine all squeeze green once I figure out how to get all the silver bits off.

and sweet and i saw a vid on youtube on how to do it i will link it for you

That's ma vid ;)

Halfords sell spray cans of all the car colours, I used Frozen White as that's what car I had at the time.

You have to sand to give a rough surface for the paint to adhere to otherwise it'll just flake off. You need a lot of patience and time!

ok thank you, do you just rub the paint down after is has dried?? and apply another coat?? how many coats??

and before i put primer on do i sand it down first??

ok i dont have a lot of patience lol time is easy i guess haha

Great vid, whats that yellow tool you use? Just a random bit of plastic or are there actual tools to make the job easier?

Called a trim tool or trim stick. Available on eBay & the likes or some tool shops.

Make sure you get plastic primer, this should be white from halfords, remove the part you intend to spray and sand it to rough the surface a bit (this helps the paint stick better) and then give it a clean with a mixture of water and a drop of fairy liquid. Make sure its fully dried off so that there isnt a drop of water cause it'll ruin any paint applied. Make sure you're in a well ventilated, dust/wind free environment and build up 2-3 light coats of primer leaving 15minutes inbetween each coat. Once the last coat of primer has been applied sit it somewhere where its not going to be disturbed/knocked and leave it to dry thoroughly for 24 hours. This is important to allow it chance to dry properly. Then use a fine grade glass paper wet'n'dry 50/50 from halfords usually works great. Wet the sand paper and very lightly go over the part with the paper just very gently or you'll take the primer off. Again give it a clean with a drop of fairy liquid and water and make sure its 100% dry before proceeding to paint. Again build up 2-3 light coats until the primers fully covered leaving 15mins between coats. Again leave it 24 hours once you've finished painting and put it somewhere safe. Again make sure you wait 24 hours. Then once its fully dry give it 2 coats of clear lacquer again leaving 15 mins between coats.

Just take your time with it and you'll be fine but be prepared to take 2-4 days to do a decent job. Dont rush it or you'll end up regretting it

Gloss white always looks good with blue

Couldn't have said it better myself Dan! Just be really patient and don't spray too much on one coat or it will run.

As for sandpaper I used this: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_154288_langId_-1_categoryId_255242

600 > primer x 3 > 800 > paint x 3 > 1200 > laquer

Dyou know where I can get Ford Squeeze Green? Halfords website doesn't have any (haven't looked instore yet) and all I can find online are touch up kits :(
