    Is closer enough:smile:, I was thinking of Mass Airflow Sensor.

    My two cryptic clues were

    In previous times, I was associated with food production: not cars, as such

    Defra's predecessor, The Ministry of Agriculture,Farming and Fisheries ( aka known as MAF)

    It can be observed, that the priest has opened the windows whilst he distributes the wafers

    By opening a window whilst he at Mass, the priest introduces airflow throughout the proceedings
