Pick up a bunch of numbers, pick a number out of thin air, and do the math inbetween to work out why you should pay it!

I heard it on the radio a week or two ago, about how many people never check their levels, never open the bonnet, etc. - was quite shocking really.

Funny thing is, you said it as an answer to another conundrum earlier in the thread.
