One last clue. I had an issue with them a while back after changing tyres.

^ Corectamundo. took mine to the bone once on the wing when it went bang coming off. followed by lots of swearing.

Thick gloves are useful for stuff like that lol. Worst I've done similar was slipping off the crank pulley bolt when turning engine over, mashed my finger between ratchet handle and brake caliper - numb finger, blood everywhere, again lots of swearing, mainly at the car because it obviously wasn't my fault!!
