Ford Cortina

Correct ! !

At long last, anyone would think this wasn't a Ford owners site !

Divinely inspired = the project name for the Ford Consul Cortina was '' Archbishop ''

The Consul part was dropped soon after launch & one of the best selling cars of the 60's ,70's & 80's was born, over 2.6 million sales in 5 marks.

Loosely inebriated = pi$$ed = piste = ski resort, the Cortina was named after Cortina d'ampezzo in Italy

Preserve vessel = jam jar = car.

My first car in 1979.

Thank god for that!!!

................lost on that one.

Bishops are in no way Divine by any means, if a Bishop fixes a problem I don't think that would be classed as divine intervention lol

Interpreted that as Inspired by the heavens, anyway that draaaaaged on and on.

Next please.

Archbishop = religious = divine.

Yawn.

so your saying an archbishop !Removed! in a jam jar

New game seeing as i won lol!

First clues -

Some people like it and some do not although some cars do not even have it!

It works great when you do need it though!

Divine = having the nature of, or being a Deity, hence an Bishop or someone preaching cannot possibly be divine, someone like Jesus, Allah or Mormon would be considered Divine, or even C3p0 in Return of the Jedi on Endor.

Traction control

Abs / airbags / air con / turbo :D

Nope to all. Oooh i like being in control now lol.:D

Seat Belts

Nope
