Anyone have an htc one mini 2 and have it fully working with sync?

Just I was interested in getting this phone next but only if it matches my s3 mini which works fine with sync.

I have a HTC One M8 and One Mini paired to mine. Can make phone calls if that helps? :p

Yeah I'd expect at least that to be fair. Does it read the text messages ? Send messages ? Also play your music?

Show battery and signal strength? And connect with the emergency setup

Read text messages - never tried, I never send/receive texts! (That's what Whatsapp's for)

Send text messages - yes but if sending have to do from "new message" you press reply and it wont work because it shows contact as unkown

it does everything apart from show contact names lol

So that's even making or receiving a call it says unknown?

Think I might look at s5 mini instead or even stick to my s3 mini.

No .... receiving calls and calling someone (using the speak function works perfectly) say i said Call Steven it would call Steven Martin and display on the screen

same with accepting the call it shows the persons name on the screen

its just text receiving function and replying is unknown

please note when sending a text from scratch using the car it uses their names :)

Ps. I had to change my wife's name to jillian rather than gillian to get it working by speech.

The only thing my phone or the sync does wrong is occasionally it turns on repeat track for some reason. Everything else works fine including applink apps, which are but scarce anyway unfortunately.

There's one called glympse a location thing but nothing exciting. Spotify works I think but you need premium. There's one of the radio players.

I think apple has a speedcam thing called cyclops but might also be a paid thing.
