    Good news :). So does this mean ebay will go after the seller? And more than likely they'll just pay no attention.

    EBay have pretty much no way of getting the money other than courting them over it. Doubtful they'll do it to be honest, probably just sell the debt to a 3rd party to try and collect

    Well I say full, we're about a tenner in return postage down but all in all not too bad a result. Lesson learnt. Move on.

    When it's smaller amounts it's just the principle of the matter that just pishes you off, when it's the larger amount it's just the thought of what that money could be used for etc etc.
