      I'll not be watching TG now, regardless of who they attempt to host it with. The only exception will be, if they decide to air the recorded content which the three of them have already done.

      Clarkson owns 30% of the Top Gear brand so if he goes then the show does too. About the only thing worth watching on the whole BBC line-up.

    It gets me how everyone says he was sacked.

    His contract was up for renewal and they decided not to do so.

    Doing it that way means no severance penalties or pay off.

    Aye but In a statement made by the BBC at some point Tony Hall said that he had no option but to sack him, and then went down the non renewal route.
