Upgrade Discs Pads For 07/08 2.5 Tit X

Featured Replies

Any one out there upgraded there brakes and suggest a good make

If you can get Ferodo DS2500 pads for the front they're a very good upgrade, probably sensible to pop on a new set of standard discs at the same time.

Not the cheapest pads in the world but on my ST I've had excellent mileage out of them with good braking performance under all conditions and no downsides I can think of.

While I wouldn't want to dispute the excellence of the DS2500 for the appropriate application, as far as I am aware, Ferodo make no road legal pads for the Mondeo, outside of the MkI and MkII. You might be happy running non-road-legal pads (EU, not Asia/US, for example), but, for many people that won't be something that they would countenance.

(Information from the 2015/16 Ferodo Car Tuning Catalogue and the Ecat Ferodo Racing website, for EC90 pads)

M-tec make good sports discs, good reviews and either greenstuff or MINTEX sport pads also good.!!,
