Electric Sunroof, Electric Seats And Tall Driver - Bad Combination

I am looking to buy a Mondeo 2.0 240ps Titanium X Sport on a 2013 or 2014 plate. There are not a lot on the market. Most Mondeos tend to be diesel. The problem is that those that I have seen have all had the optional Summer Pack on them with the electric sun roof. I am 6'2" and I tend to sit very upright, because of a bad back. One car that I tried had the 2 way electric seats and even with the seat in its lowest position I could not get my fingers between the top of my head and the roof lining. Given that I live in a road with a mile stretch of speed bumps... well you get the picture! My 2005 Mondeo has no sun roof and a seat that goes so far down that I struggle to see over the bonnet.

My question(s) is :

a) Is there a manual adjustment that can bring the seat lower or is it that the extra seat heating / cooling that stops it going lower.

B) Does the 8 way memory seat pack have any more adjustment?
