Hey guys,

My car is facing some sort of power lack.

Very hard to explain because it doesn't happen all the time and I can seem to find the stage on which it acures the most but I will try to explain whats happening.

It feels like the car looses the power from 2100rpm so at first I thought that its turbo because it looses from that stage, however the turbo does.t smoke or have any hard whistle noise. Sometimes when you run it its lacking power from those rews no mater what gear you in and the on the 6th gear when you slowly reach 75mph it just kicks and the car just goes. Another phenomenon car drives nicely as it should but the power jumps up and down so it diapers for a bit and then comes back on and so on.

The fuel filter has been changed roughly 1500-2000 miles ago could it be that it got clogged up?

Sorry for the mistakes,I hope you could understand me.

Also if anyone knows a good mechanic in Cambridgeshire please do tel me, i have tried so many garages and can't seem to find people that i could trust. I live in Peterborough so close would be better.

    could be clogged, but its more likely to be the EGR valve thats the issue.
