Mk3 Mondeo Coil Light And Cutting Out

Featured Replies

hey guys. ok so my mk3 Mondeo has decided go into limp mode and display the glow plug light on the dash if I try to accelerate hard in it. sometimes it goes into limp mode at cuts out. sometimes it just goes into limp mode. ive looked online a it says it could be a gunked up egr valve? could it be anything else? cheers guys

Does it happen when it's hot if so it could be camshaft sensor, it's a cheap fix about £20 and less than 5 mins

When was the fuel filter last changed?
