Mark V Audio

Featured Replies

Just got my MkV but the audio usb playback has foxed me. It plays from a USB stick and works ok except it plays the music randomly even though I haven't got shuffle on.

Before, on my Mk4 I used an iPod (5th) and it worked fine. The Mk5 doesn't recognise the iPod at all so that's the reason I use the USB stick.

Does anyone know if a newer iPod is better and works?

Can't you just stream from your iPod via Bluetooth?

No, the 5th generation Classic doesn't have Bluetooth.

In the manual it just says 'works with most iPods', doesn't help much. I don't want to buy another one - 7th Generation, in case that is not recognised!
