Window Auto Up Not Working

I had to disconnect the battery and now the windows will not work on auto up (down ok).

I have an Elm 327 and tried to connect to see if I can change any settings (I have used before sometime ago) but although it connects ok with Forscan it does not with EasyOBD. It gets past the initial stage but then fails at the second stage (interface communication error). I have tried changing com ports etc but no luck.

Any ideas.

    Drop the window, inch it up when fully up,hold for about 10sec, that should sort it, that's from memory but the correct procedure should be in the handbook

    It's something like (from memory) press button to get the window up, release button, press button to go up again and hold for 2 seconds then press button to open window fully, release button then press button to open again and hold it for 2 seconds.
