Ford Focus Titanium 2015

It should be under lighting.

I'd take it back to Ford and ask why it doesn't appear to be working.

Perhaps a misconfiguration and they can just turn it on with IDS

As Alex said it should be under lighting, then when lights are on push light stalk forward a little then a white icon should appear on the bottom of the screen between the dials under the little car pic with a picture of a headlight with an A in it.

Thanks everyone for input.

I don't want to take the car back and ask about it only because there is a lot of poor service history...... And I suspect they will just say 'no it doesn't come with it'

Hence trying to find out as much as is possible so I can go in with a certain 'this isn't working' rather than a tentative 'should it have....'

Mike - if you see this can I ask if you put your reg in the isis site what did it say re the auto high Beam? Was it listed separately? This is my main sticking point - that it's not there on the list in any form either as a with or a less!

This is the part if that list that has about the lights.... Auto headlamps and auto headlight control.....

Is there any other way of finding out -other than going back to the dealer?

It says less lane keeping and less driver impairment so you don't have the driver assist pack.

Perhaps there has just been a misbuild and they fitted the wrong sensor assembly to the car...

Do you have a button on the end of the indicator stalk or is it solid?

OK I think I know what is going on here.

A little while ago Ford updated the spec of Titaniums and Titanium Xs to include active city stop as standard.

If you look on somewhere like autotrader every Titanium or Titanium X has the larger sensor assembly.

So Ford are obviously using the driver assist pack sensor assembly to support active city stop.

This might mean you have all required hardware in place just to have auto high beam enabled in software...

But just to be clear, although you have the sensor assembly, you don't have the driver assist pack and are not supposed to have auto high beam.

Thanks Alex. That helps a lot - at least I can go in and ask if it can be added, as the salesman said it was included, but I won't be put out if the answer is no now. I suspect that though the windscreen has the place for it I would have thought there would need to be actual sensors in the windscreen- and I think they may not be there..... Took a look this morning and the offside triangle doesn't have any tech in it the way the other triangles do. So suspect it may need some hardware as well..... I'll post back whatever the result is later.

Thanks to everyone who's taken time to reply though. I must admit I'm strangely fascinated by all this stuff!!!

Leanneb this is part of mine, second from the bottom is the auto high beam.
