Mk3 Mondeo Crankshaft Pulley

Hi all. Has anybody had the pleasure in replacing the crankshaft pulley on mk3 tdci mondeo?

Now the dreaded question. Any hints or tips as it looks a pain in the rear of a job. Lol.

It is a bit of a pain, it all depends how much you are changing though or is it just the pulley?

Hey stef. Sorry for the late reply. Yeah it will only be the pulley i am changing buddy.

First thing you will need to get or make yourself is a tool to release the tensioner.

Hey stef, been away just managed to attempt it today got a tool off a m8 for the tensioner but by hell could we get the bolts out from the pulley itself. Its going in the garage tomorrow, thanks for your advice m8, good man
