Reversing Camera Quality

Featured Replies

Hi. Since getting my 2014 mk4 2.0l Txs estate I have not been that impressed with the quality of the reversing camera .... Not that bad by day but can't see a thing at night. Reversing lights working but it appears that the quality of the camera is so poor that no night visibility even with street lights present. 🙈

Asked my dealer if had any reports but they said 'no'

Does anyone else on here have a touchscreen sat nav with reversing camera and what are your experience's of it at night.

My general experience of reversing camera are they are useless much prefer to use the mirrors, the best I've used was on a Honda CR-V that was OK in daylight but crap at night can't say I've used a Mondeo with one, oh and the CRV was ok till it go covered with road crud

My camera works well - no issues so far
