2.0 TDCI Rough Idle & Speedo Cuts Out At 20mph

Alright folks, first post here.

I recently bought a 2.0 TDCI MK3 Mondeo, and have a few problems with it. It seems to be idling really rough but drives smooth as you like. Its not my first diesel mondeo so i know what it should sound and feel like but cant find a problem.

Also when you start to drive the car the speedo works until 20mph then the speedo cuts out and the mileage etc disappear, then it will do the same all over again the next time i drive it.
