Gear Stick Problem (With Video)

Hi all, having a bit of an issue with the gear stick, there seems to be a considerable ammount of play in certain gears (mainly 3 and 4) in which I quite easily move it over to the right a bit. It does return back to where it supposed to be, but while driving and changing gears and can feel a bit clunky. Im not sure what it could be, worn bushing ? Cables need adjusting ? I have a video showing the problem, hopefully someone will have a better idea.

As you can see I also accidentally put the car back into 4th rather than 6th, this happens quite alot unless im extra careful with my shift.
