Dash board vibration on idle/tick mk4 mondeo 1.8 tdci zetec

Hi i have a irritating vibration in the dashboard when I start the car and leave it in neutral/idle/tick over...

Once I rev a little I get a slight misfire and then it's nice and smooth...  

No problems when driving.  Only when stationary...  

Now sometimes the vibration goes away after doing like 100 miles but then once the car cools down and I start it then it's there again...  

Please help...
