On start up [push start] foot brake is a top of its travel, engine starts and pedal reverts to normal position and works o.k.

When bonnet is open there is a whistling sound emanating from the brake vacuum valve. When you disconnect the wiring from the unit

the noise stops. I cannot find a part number or any reference to this item on line. Any solutions out there?
