As i'm sure some of you would remember posts only a few months ago about the car alarm on the new Zetec S.

People were saying that it came standard on the Zetec S and Titaniums and that nobody knew anything about it.

I was talking on the phone last night thumbling with the keys and locked myself in the car, after about 10 seconds i heard something like a relay click and then after another 10 seconds a second relay - The second relay arming the alarm!

Reached for the handle and got out, ting'a linga ling alarm bell ring, the alarm sounded.

I feel better for hearing it at last - now i'l be able to recognise it if it was ever to go off!
