Mk6 fiesta Zetec S Plastic Trim Removal

Hi everyone, 

I've recently gone and bout a 58 plate mk6 fiesta Zetec S and don't know how to take off the from lower plastic mouth piece (I know how to remove the fog light plastics and upper center grill) and don't know how to take off the rear valance or rear reflectors,

if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!
