rear suspension

anyone know if i can replace the rubber boots on a rear suspesion as mine have split and will it fail the mot it i left them like that

If you mean the boots that cover the shockers...shouldnt fail at all...some shockers dont have them!

i mean the ones on the rear suspension under the coil springs as they have split just wondering if it fail a mot looking like that as it due a mot in jan

The boots that sit INSIDE the coil springs covering the bare metal of the shockers?!

If thats the ones, no, as said before, they dont all come with them, they only keep out dust, so its good to have them, but not a failure

thats ok then as i was getting worried incase my car failed its mot with them been split
