Hi all just sorted out my exchange of car from a Ford Kuga ....... I bought it used from Evans halshaw and after 5 weeks the turbo overran so it went to be repaired three weeks later I went to collect it and only managed to drive down the road and the engine management light came on.,..took it back and told dpf fault so I left it with them again..... No covered by the warranty!!!! ......anyway after alot of phone calls etc they are fixing the dpf.....they've had it now for 8 weeks!!!!! Im not happy having the Kuga back as I'm sure it will be another problem later on. They won't give me a refund so the only thing I could do was take a loss on the Kuga and I've changed it for a Ford focus titanium x which I hope to have soon. So hopefully I've done the right thing as this has been one big headache!!!
