We need to know how you've made it up...

You should put an inch of the product in the bottom of the lance bottle and top it up with warm water. I always have mine set to minimum dilution (or all the way to + on my lance's control knob). Try adjusting the spray setting as well, I have mine nearly closed for thick suds.

well put it this way i got 2 hubba bubba free (I4detailing)

Hmmm, in that case - pass. It sounds like you have the same lance and foam as me, and that you've made it up correctly. Have you got enough pressure from your washer?

yes i do its a karcher 1 forgotten number but its a big 1. i seemed to be able to getit to spray like a jet but could not really get it to just poodle out to make loads of foam.and is it ok to leave left over foam and water in the bottle til next time as i don't want to waste it.

It sounds to me like your settings are wrong - because with thick suds your bottle should be empty pretty quickly, I usually cover the car twice and the bottles empty. I wouldn't leave it in their until the next wash personally.
